Refund Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of self-care products, certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These may include:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care items

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee of $5.00 may apply

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at justbubblesandbrews@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used self-care products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
